Luca Caruso — Hyperbaric Welder
Luca Caruso is an experienced Hyperbaric Welder and a graduate of Rice University, where he built a strong technical foundation that supports his work in the offshore industry. His role involves performing precision welding operations in hyperbaric environments to ensure the structural integrity of subsea pipelines and infrastructure.
Certifications:
• AWS Certified Welder, earned through Georgia Trade School, an AWS SENSE-accredited welding training provider.
• IMCA Diver Certification, completed at FMTC Safety, an internationally recognized offshore training center delivering IMCA-compliant programs.
• DNV-GL Approved Hyperbaric Welding Qualification, obtained through Subsea Global Solutions, the only diving company with a DNV-GL-approved underwater welding workshop.
• BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training), completed at 3t Training Services, an OPITO-approved offshore safety training provider.
Luca has contributed to Allseas subsea construction projects in demanding environments, working alongside specialized teams to uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Brennan Brickhouse — Hyperbaric Welder
With over a decade of experience in subsea construction, Brennan Brickhouse is a highly skilled Hyperbaric Welder known for his precision, discipline, and commitment to safety. As part of our offshore operations team, Brennan plays a critical role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of subsea infrastructure under some of the most challenging conditions in the industry.

Combining technical expertise with hands-on experience, Brennan and his team have contributed to major offshore energy projects around the country. His work ensures the structural integrity of pipelines and subsea systems, helping Allseas maintain operational excellence.
Elena Martinez — Project Manager
Elena Martinez is a seasoned Project Manager with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. She oversees complex offshore oil and gas projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with industry standards.

James O’Connor — Assistant Project Manager
James O’Connor is an Assistant Project Manager with a background in marine technology from the University of Louisiana. He supports project execution, focusing on scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination for offshore operations.

• CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management), earned through the Project Management Institute.
• BOSIET Certification, completed at MSTS Asia, an OPITO-approved training center.

Victor Sánchez — Electrical Engineer
Victor Sánchez is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with a degree from the University of Houston. He specializes in designing and maintaining electrical systems for offshore platforms and subsea infrastructure.

• Professional Engineer (PE) License in Electrical Engineering, Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
